The Princess Anne Hotel sits on a quiet, residential street in the Chestnut Hill Historic District of North Asheville.  This bed and breakfast-style hotel is within a mile of downtown, three miles of the Biltmore Estate, and just a few minutes by car to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 

To find the Princess Anne, you may enter Asheville on Interstate 40, Interstate 26, or Highway 19/23 to Interstate 240 into the center of town. Take the Charlotte Street exit and turn north; turn right onto East Chestnut Street. The Princess Anne Hotel is on the right at the corner of East Chestnut Street and Furman Avenue.
